Where is the therapy room?
Greenland on the Ground Floor, to the left of the Tech Bar.
What shall I wear/bring?
For sports/remedial treatments it's best to wear shorts if you need your legs treated. For the upper-body you will need to remove clothing, however please note that any areas not being worked on will remain covered.
For seated acupressure you won't need to remove any clothing but please wear something comfortable.
Will I get covered in massage oil?
For sports/remedial massage I use a liquid wax which isn't as oily as some mediums, and I will wipe off as much as I can after the treatment.
For seated acupressure no oil/wax is used.
How will I pay for my treatment?
Fees are payable via bank transfer in advance or on the day of your appointment. Bank details are provided when making your booking. I also accept cash if this is preferable.
What if I need to amend/cancel my appointment?
I do understand plans change so it is absolutely fine to amend your appointment, I just ask that you give me 24 hours' notice. You can amend your appointment via a link in your confirmation email or just send me a message.
