Great for a corporate setting - find out more
Seated Acupressure is a mix of the ancient Oriental massage arts, Anma and Shiatsu, which are applied to the client while they're sitting in a specially designed, fully supportive chair.
The technique involves applying pressure to various points on the back, shoulders, neck, head, arms, hands and fingers, using the therapist's hands, fingers, knuckles and elbows. The treatment should leave you feeling relaxed and invigorated, and is particularly beneficial for the following conditions:

backache
asthma
migraines
fatigue
sinus problems
menstrual pain
digestive problems
eye strain
anxiety

Acupressure will stimulate lymphatic drainage, helps to boost the immune system and can help to improve flexibility.

Please note it is NOT suitable for pregnant women.
