Release
Myofascial release therapy is a specialised treatment that releases restrictions within the fascial network that surrounds bones, muscles, organs, and pretty much everything else inside your body. It's like a web of connective tissue that can get hardened and stuck which manifests as pain, stiffness and inflexibility.

Using slow, firm techniques to apply pressure to affected areas, myofascial release can help the fascia, and muscles within it, to become more pliable, mobile and soft. When tension is released from an area it causes it to become flooded with new blood, nutrients and hydration. It is an extremely effective treatment for the following conditions:

Back pain
Migraines
Sports injuries
Pelvic pain
Neck pain
Spinal disc problems
Neurological dysfunction
Physical & psychological trauma
Postural imbalances

Scars
Frozen shoulder
Arthritis
Fibromyalgia
Plantar fasciitis
Sciatica
Carpel Tunnel Syndrome
Chronic pain
