I'm currently offering appointments in the lower-ground floor treatment room. Sports and remedial massage is an effective way to reduce tension and pain and allow more range of movement - it's also great if you just need some time away from your desk to relax.
I also offer seated treatments - acupressure massage is given over clothing and no oil is used, which makes it convenient for a shorter lunchtime escape. Sports and remedial massage can also be give in a seated position if you find lying down uncomfortable, just let me know when booking.
